WHAT ARE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE?
5 STAR FOOD. 3 STAR HOTELS
FOOD

We’re providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for riders. Since we are not staying in the same place for more than one night the quality of food will differ from place to place. We’re staying in small Eastern European towns, so food choices are not as varied as at the Maccabi Games. Breakfast and dinner will be served at finish line hotels or campsites. Sandwiches, energy bars, sweets and water will be served on the road during the day. All meals will be kosher style. No pork, or shellfish. No meat and dairy will be mixed. Kosher, vegan and vegetarian options will be available.

ACCOMODATIONS

We are striving to place everyone in hotel rooms at every stage. Two riders of the same gender will be assigned to one room. There might be instances where hotel rooms are not available for all riders. Rooms will be assigned based on seniority. If there are not enough hotel rooms riders will be assigned to bivouacs (tent camps). Tents, mattresses, sleeping bags will be provided.
